Chef has two published manuscripts available on Amazon.com: “Edge of the Plate Cookbook,” designed for homemaker and culinary students who wish to delve deeper into their skills and sustainable life styles. "Big Flavor, Small Plate, North Beach Little Italy,” recipes inspired from Judith's San Francisco Italian neighborhood, both available on Amazon.com. A third book, "California Cuisine Revisited-The Way We Eat and Think About Food Today," will be available in spring, also on Amazon.com. The Kindle books are compatible with iPod, Blackberry, Mac and PC. Judith cooks for local folks, Firefighters, Rock Stars and Wall Street Magnets. Recently asked what best describes her take on food today, she answers: “It should be sustainable living through whole foods. I am sensibly suggesting we eat clean, grass fed meats, wild sea foods and tons of organics. It’s the type of food we purchase that defines how well we understand the concept from earth to table. It’s about being responsible for the earth and everything and everyone in it that keeps me passionate about my craft."

Chef Judith Henderson is a member of IACP, International Association of Culinary Professionals.
